While visiting our granddaughter, a student at UCSB, we booked a room for a two night stay at the Wyndham Ramada in Santa Barbara. The room was spacious, the bathroom was large with ample counter space and the king size bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet at night and the entire hotel was very clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There was a lovely lagoon outside with some very friendly ducks, along with some turtles. The lagoon included a lily pond with a water fall. All this was adjacent to the pool and hot tub, which we enjoyed on a warm afternoon. I almost forgot our stay included breakfast, which was very nice. It had the usual expected eggs, cereal and yogurt, but also included a pancake maker and some very good fruit and nut breads. Tasted like home baked! We plan to visit our granddaughter while she is a college student in Santa Barbara and we look forward to another stay at the Wyndham Ramada.
