"Excellent help very clean"

The young lady at the check in desk was very helpful. Our kids wanted to swim but since the pool wasn't open, she suggested she could make arrangements at one of their other hotels nearby. The kids were overjoyed and so were we! Thanx for going the extra mile for us!
