I stayed for 9 nights here and was very comfortable. My room was clean. The bed and pillows were very cozy. The shower had great pressure and stayed hot. The breakfast every morning was good. The hotel is under construction but I felt they tried their best to be quiet and clean. Stacy M. at the front desk was so kind and friendly. She always took time to visit with me and ask how my day was. I will definitely stay here again next time when visiting my family.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk clerk Ms. Stacy Mercado, made us feel genuinely welcome. She greeted us with a warm smile, quickly checked us in and even offered helpful tips about local restaurants and attractions. What stood out most was her attentiveness she remembered our names throughout our stay and followed up to ensure our room was comfortable. Her professionalism, kindness and efficiency truly elevated our experience. We left feeling valued as a guest and I'll definitely return knowing the service is in such capable hands.
