The hotel receptionist Kathy and the hotel room cleaners, from previous occupants, was outstanding. Kathy was superior throughout our stay. She knew what needed to be done. Kathy displayed superior customer service skills which is indicative in the support by all personnel who works in the hotel. She deserves to be singled out for her customer service skills and who at the same time maintained and preserved the hotel's bottom line.
