The staff is amazing. I wasn't an easy customer, but the staff, especially Jessica, but all the staff did everything they could to make my stay great.
Sending a shout out to Homewood Suites, Lubbock, Texas! From the parking lot, to the entrance, lobby area and down the hall to our room, we found a pristine place. The front desk attendants genuinely made us feel welcome and were very caring. Everyone was professional, courteous and did their best to create a beautiful, friendly and most pleasant place to stay. We've stayed here twice in the past month and hope any future overnight stays in Lubbock, that we'll be able to reserve a room at Homewood Suites!

I was impressed with front desk associate Jessica! She was kind, experienced and enthusiastic. She offered the other flow bedding when I mentioned my brother, mother and daughter would be joining me and had them ready at the desk upon their arrival. She was welcoming and enjoyed meeting my toddler when we came down for an evening stroll. I was glad to hear they are going to be renovating the property soon as the bathtub had some rust and soap scum build up but was still impressed with the quality of the entire location.
