I arrived at 3:00 am instead of the planned arrival time of 9:30 pm. Friendly, wide awake Staff was waiting to take me to my room and help me get settled.(I am almost 80 years old so this was very much appreciated.) The receptionist printed my boarding pass when I asked. The coffee bar served delightful pastries and good coffee. A great place to stay, close to the ROM and several other museums.
