The pretty tattoed gal behind the counter was very kind, courteous and always there to help us!
Things I found positive, Elevator, Available coffee and Ice water on both floors, rooms were cleaned well,lots of towels and bathroom products available,microwave and fridge.All were clean. Restaurant available and hours were a positive and food was great. Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful.Process was easy. Beds were ok,but pillows not to comfy but doable. Over all not bad. Of course its not home. Location I felt was good because its central to site locations.The pool was warm and clean.Breakfast bar was extensive and fresh. We still had a great time and would probably stay again,I would recommend.

The staff at the lodge is attentive. Tracie in the kitchen is a credit to the lodge. She keeps the dining room perfect and helps with the needs of the diners. Mandy at the front desk was friendly and especially helpful.
