We came in, for our very first visit to Winston Salem. Our daughter was touring Innovation Quarter. Valet took time to speak to her about area safety and gives her positive vibes/advice. Front desk staff providing us books, maps, etc. Dining staff just cheerful and genuine smiles. Housekeeping soooooooo sweet! Our experience was made even better because EVERY employee treated us like we were good friends! They went above and beyond with customer service !
