The room/pool was excellent. I went to the front desk around midnight (I just returned from watching the 4th fireworks) asking for more towels/washclothes (only two were provided at the beginning of our stay which is certainly not enough for a room that sleeps 4). Joel was in the back I requested more towels and washcloths and he said “ugh it's going to be a bit.” I told him I would wait because my kids were sleeping and didn't want them to knock/call to accidentally wake them. He said again, “well, it's going to be a bit we have shift change and some people want to go home.” (I certainly understand that) but the level of dismissive attitude when a person is asking for basic needs like a towel was unprofessional. Another gentleman went and got them for us I appreciated him.
