Our first time at the Grand Hyatt. We arrived tired and hungry after a full day of travel. Lovely bar open until 11:00. Our room was lovely and the bed and linens were incredible.

Our unexpected stay at the Grand Hyatt at SFO turned a frustrating travel delay into a genuinely enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional and attentive, making a stressful situation much easier. The hotel is beautifully designed—modern, luxurious and impeccably clean—yet it feels warm and comfortable rather than formal or stuffy. The rooms were quiet, spacious and incredibly comfortable, providing exactly the restful night's sleep we needed before continuing our journey. Every detail, from the bedding to the amenities, reflected thoughtful quality. If you find yourself with an overnight layover or delayed flight at SFO, I can't recommend the Grand Hyatt highly enough. It's more than just an airport hotel—it's a destination in itself and a wonderful reminder that exceptional hospitality can completely change the course of a difficult travel day.
We stay here frequently when we have an early flight back to Boston. It's a great hotel, super convenient and the people are wonderful. Food is not bad either!
