Our room was neat, clean and had all the extras for a wonderful stay. The staff at the desk, the cleaning staff and the staff at Freighters were all kind, polite and gracious. We watched the freighters in the river and left cares and hassles behind. Love this hotel!

From the moment we check in everything was wonderful. The ladies at the front desk were: kind, pleasant and knew their job. The hotel was spotless as was our room. Breakfast in your restaurant was great and the service was excellent.
Everything was good, really liked that we could have room service, great stay with A beautiful view of the water thank you!

We visit every year for my wife's birthday. The rooms are always clean and well kept with great views of the waterfront. Delicious food and great service at Freighters.
The hotel, staff, room, balcony view of the water and all the amenities excellent! Everyone was friendly, courteous, helpful and all the emenities excellent. We were there to celebrate our friend's wedding reception and was so delighted by the inside and outside venue! A wonderful experience all around!
