Great location for our visit purposes, customer focused service at every step, clean and fresh facilities and employees who go the extra step to be helpful and friendly.
This is a great choice in a great location. The rooms are what you would expect, just fine. The staff is fabulous, from check in, to valet parking, to servers, as and to the housecleaning staff. I believe this facility is well managed judging from all perspectives. I plan happily on being a repeat guest and recommend without reservation based on my five day stay.
I had such a great stay! The property was spotless, check in and check out were super easy and everything felt smooth and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I've stayed here before and it's always consistently clean, comfortable and friendly. It really feels like my go to spot in Chicago — can't wait to come back!
