Very relaxing and easy going staff. Had a blast and clean rooms was a plus.
Cabana Bay is particularly suited to someone who wants the Universal experience without paying for a luxury resort. The pools, lazy river, Volcano Bay access, transportation and spacious family rooms are its biggest advantages.

I chose to come here for a stay cay and to celebrate my fiance birthday. The staff from beginning of check in to end has been absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and professional. The food was pretty good. The pools and lazy river was the best! The game room was cool too. I didn't get the chance to bowl this time, but since I'll be back for HHN, I will definitely get a game in. I enjoy and appreciate how clean the property is. Thanks for a great stay.☺️.

Clean, freindly staff, good food, great bus service.
Overall it was very good. Prices for food and snacks was extremely high. Did not like every other day to straighten up room.
