Maria at the front desk is exceptional. I ran into a problem and she went above and beyond the extra mile to ensure that I had a welcoming experience and that the issue was resolved. She is definitely deserves extra recognition, as she seems to make it her mission to represent the hotel with a professional, warm and kind disposition.
