The hotel staff at the Hampton Inn Charlotte Uptown was wonderful, beyond the shadow of a doubt. From check in to check out, every single interaction was smooth and courteous. Melissa, in particular, provided exceptional service that truly stood out. I highly recommend this Uptown location for the excellent service.
The staff was absolutely marvelously and helpful in any situations that was addressed.I just hoped that the pool was operating.
