Staff was so friendly and helpful! Hotel close to restaurants and shopping. Great location.
We have enjoyed our visit. Business was taken care of and we will head back to Jacksonville in the morning. Job well done at my hotel and we might be back this way next year. I was wowed.
From the moment I walked in the room, I saw a couple of special touches. The TV screen read, "Welcome, Margaret!" The washroom towels were folded in an artistic way, that reminded me of being on a cruise. And even the top tissue in the box was folded in the shape of a flower. The breakfast had many items to choose from and it made a nice start to the day. My friends had checked in early and asked to have cookies saved for them and that was done for them and for me. And everyone on the staff was gracious in taking our photos. I was impressed!
