Clean and comfortable rooms with an amazing staff. Mary is a really personable person and engages you with thoughtful conversation instead of the common customer service lines. She amazed me by remembering our entire conversation from my last visit a couple of months ago. She is a great representative for BW and Crown Pointe Lodge. Lilly is also a really nice rep. The ladies really make your stay a lot more comfortable and enjoyable. CPL and BW should recognize the ladies efforts and make sure you keep them as employees.
Quiet getaway! I was very pleased with my lodging experience! Friendly staff, ready to help and answer any questions...peaceful sleeping accommodations, wonderful scenery, tasty breakfast, clean hotel, look forward to returning!

We also recycle paper, and any other items reusable by our team. Our billing program also has gone paperless effective 3/1/14. Also our intercompany travel uses golf carts rather than gas powered vehicles when possible to help cut down on fuel use and costs. We''''re in the process of converting more of our procedures and routines into green-friendly initiatives.
