We had to make some changes to our reservation and the staff was very helpful and everything went smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and the room was great. No complaints.

I travel and stay at the Hampton Inn West Lakeside about every 10 weeks for a medical procedure. I am always greeted warmly and the staff goes above and beyond to help with any needs I might have. I always feel safe and secure when I'm at the Hampton Inn and I can recommend it to anyone traveling around the Omaha area.
Breakfast, room and employees were all excellent. I had difficulty understanding the person making the reservation due to a foreign accent but he was courteous and probably not from the hotel itself.
Young lady at Front Desk on Wednesday night was excellent! Polite,very thorough on all aspects of the hotel. As an X GM at two Hampton Inn's. I'm observant! She passed all inspection QA standards as well she's frindly with a warm personality! Wish I remembered her name. Wednesday the 27th!
