Cathy helped me before my stay with a taxi company and encouraged me to use the Hilton app for future travel. A delight to interact with. During my stay Daniel saw my needs were met by changing rooms and was very thoughtful to offer amenities. I was very impressed and would definitely stay when I fly out of Traverse City in the future.
