"Very good Hotel Chelle is great"

We had issues with the reservation but Chelle was WONDERFUL! She got us a room for three nights. She made sure that the room was clean before she sent us to the room. She checked on us to make sure that we were comfortable. Chelle is an asset to your organization. Five stars for Chelle.
