Very friendly staffed, great size rooms, one of the best breakfasts that I've had. The hotel was very clean. Had a lot of good amenities. I will definitely stay there again.
Our stay was very pleasant. Loved that there was so much to do without having to travel very far.

Hotel personnel were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very well presented and had variety. Sausages, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, potatoes, cereals, oatmeal, fruit and waffles, bagels, toast or mini donuts. It was more than ample. The Hyatt is very close to the Mystic Village and 10 minutes from downtown Mystic. A very pleasant experience. And the Mystic Diner is a stones throw away and good.
