I have mobility issue and need an accessible room preferably near an elevator and that is exactly what I got. The room was ready an hour early and we were able to check in. The front desk receptionist was extremely nice and helpful check in was a breeze. The accessible room was huge with a large sitting area, king size bed in next in next section of room followed by a dressing area near window and a/c. The A/C was tremendous! Room temperature was easy to control and room was very cool even though it was 105 degrees outside. Very large bathroom with plenty of handrails around toilet and shower. The shower had a low step in tub which was very easy to step in with all the handrails. Breakfast was excellent and very fresh with great selection the breakfast hostess was very attentive and kept the buffet area very clean and well stocked.
I want to give a special shout out to the breakfast crew. They had great food and coffee ready even before the official breakfast start time! they were excellent!
We love this hotel. We've stayed here about four times and have NO complaints.
Everyone was kind and caring. I stayed here recovering from major surgery.
Have stayed three times now and will go back everytime we are in the area and need a hotel. Always get a great welcome from all employees.
