We really enjoyed our stay at Park Point Marina Inn. It was a very comfortable hotel with some nice amenities, such as a great breakfast, a s'mores bar, areas for kids to play outside, etc.

We also have chemical free lawn care. Lastly, guest rooms contain informational signage for sheet and towel changing procedures to reduce energy consumption. Our towel and bedding program encourages guests to participate with us to reduce washing and laundering unnecessary items. Energy conservation sensors are in each room to automatically turn off lights and power to certain outlets to reduce energy. This reduces consumption beyond 30% when the room is not occupied. Energy efficient faucets, toilets, and shower heads reduce guest water consumption by a third. All guest rooms have computer controlled air conditioners and heaters. Recyclable containers are in each room so that aluminum, paper, and glass can be recycled through our hotel wide recycling program. Artwork provided by a local artist reduced shipping energy used and packing materials.

The hotel offers a 70 person capacity banquet-meeting room with over 850 square feet of space and an attached outdoor deck with the best view in the hotel, overlooking the Duluth harbor and the Harbor Cove Marina. The room can accommodate groups from 5-70 for meetings, banquets, and private parties. The space can be divided into two rooms for a more private setting and offers access to the outside deck from both rooms. Each room is controlled separately for heating and air conditioning. Containers for recycling are provided as part of our Living Green Environmental Program. The room’s modern technology includes 40 inch satellite LED television, two 27 inch televisions, computer controlled projector, a large video screen, amplifier, and speakers. A wet bar, counter space, 2 microwaves, and 2 mini refrigerators are also included in the room. The room offers wired and wireless free internet. Offsite catering from a multiple of choices is available. The hotel’s harbor view is an exceptional site for executive retreats, conferences and seminars. The beautiful waterfront setting is ideal for receptions and social events. A breakout area, restroom, ice machine and vending area for guests and party goers easy access is located right next to the meeting room. The room is located on the second floor of the hotel and is handicapped accessible by elevator.
