"Clean friendly comfy beds"

So enjoyed our stay. Nice and close to the Go train so we could park at the hotel and take the Go train into Toronto. No headache with Toronto traffic and parking. Staff very friendly.

"Staff were helpful polite and professional"

I would definitely choose this place again. The pool was beautiful. The only thing I would say is the hot tub looked like it needed a quick freshen up. Lovely place and would definitely recommend. All staff were very kind. However, it was Candice that fixed everything almost instantly. I am truly grateful. I am not familiar with Hamilton so coming from London it was such a smooth process in and out. When we left the lady that helped us did a great job especially upon arrival when there were a lot of us there for the journey concert. Many Thanks!
