Spent three nights in a beautiful suite. Hotel is spotless, social hour at Fathoms was very enjoyable and we slept so well. Lovely and quiet. Love the spa like bathroom soap, shower gel, etc. Fantastic location too, everything was walkable.

The hotel is roughly 40 years old but has been well maintained. Rooms could use an update. We ordered in room breakfast and it was very good.
Check in was efficient, with front desk staff person Rea being especially helpful. My assigned room was lovely and I appreciated that it was possible to have fresh air in the room as it had a small balcony. I also appreciated the electric tea kettle in the room. The room was spacious, clean and quiet and had a lovely view over the adjacent residential neighborhood. Lastly, the delivery and food for my room service dinners were great.
Wow what can you say front desk fabulous. We upgraded our room for an amazing rate. Room was brilliant. Had breakfast at the hotel it was really good. Location second to none. The pool and gym sauna and steam room were fantastic, can get busy as it's a private club but staff were great. For the money we paid I can't say enough. See you all again in September.
