Very close to tram station so extremely convenient for Wimbledon. Site includes sports bar below hotel. England World Cup game made it very busy and loud. Our room smelt of smoke. Directly above pub smoking area and hot day so our windows were open. Staff all delightful. Continental breakfast included with decent coffee.
