This was the second time I've stayed there. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and quiet. I slept really well there. I will definitely stay there again.
My husband was ill. We had a lot of bags. He met me with a luggage carrier where we needed to park in a handicap spot close to the best entrance for us. He loaded the cart, took it to the room, unloaded it for us. I am 76, was exhausted from the trip. Zach could not have been more courteous or helpful! We met the Mgr. in the morning and he was equally friendly and courteous. We told him how wonderful Zach was to us the night before. We love your room set ups, having a whole refrigerator where we can keep a frozen ice pack for my husband's back and freeze our reusable chilling containers and not have to use ice to travel to keep medications cold. Having a couch and a footstool allowed me to sleep in an upright position which I need to do with my asthma. We find your hotels clean and user friendly.
Everything was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Economical for a great suite!
Best matress and pillows and I have traveled extensively over the years.
