After some issues with our initial phone reservation, we were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. The clerk who checked us in was very professional. Upon seeing that I am physically challenged, she offered a handicap room with a lower bed. What a delight I didn't have to struggle getting in and out of bed! The room was very large with a full kitchen. I asked whether the hotel had just been built as it was immaculate and showed no signs of wear and tear. It was built 6 years ago and obviously is taken great care of to keep it in such wonderful condition. I highly recommend staying there if you find yourself in the Middletown area.
