After a long drive and arriving after 8pm to your hotel it was so lovely to be greeted by a warm and friendly face behind the reception desk. Shout out to Mai (sp?)who was on duty. Mai's happy and positive attitude set the tone for our weekend visit at the Marriott and Madison. Thank you ??.
I had never stayed at this property before and I found it to be well staffed, clean, convenient and overall was very pleased with my stay there. Quiet rooms, good lighting, spotless everywhere. Will stay again!
