"Clean welcoming like going home"

At the Omni Charlotte, the people who welcome you back are like being welcomed home by family. I have come here often over the last several years and am always remembered by the staff, starting by the Balet, continuing to the front desk and the club for staff which is always a wonderful feeling. The rooms are meticulously clean, staff could not be kinder or more accompanying, food is great and I love to come and spend time at the Omni Charlotte, thank you so Much for your kindness.
