We called the hotel with help with directions with all the construction Google maps were not entirely updated for the construction. The gentleman Ty answered and was on the phone with us until we got to the hotel and even came outside. The rooms were excellent. Ty ordered a cab for next day. Exceptional customer service. Thank you.
