I found front desk staff to be super professional and very friendly. The room was very nice. Hotel has a beautiful indoor heated pool. Hotel has perfect location. Near all bars restaurants and museums. Please stay here when you visit Appleton. You will not be disappointed.
The check in was easy, the customer service was great, rooms were clean and nice. The Breakfast Buffet needs a little improvement but was overall a great stay.

Pat from the Front Desk/Concierge went out of her way to help get us to the PAC on a snowy night (I am handicapped) and made sure we returned safely to the hotel several hours later! She was a sweetheart and deserves kudos for excellent service!
