It gives me pleasure to write this review. I'm retired from serving the public in the medical field and I understand the difficulties when dealing with various personalities. I highly respect the staff who were on duty throughout my stay from October 8 October 13, 2026. There were challenges that presented themselves during my stay however, each were dealt with promptly, courteously, pleasantly, graciously and CB professionally. Each of my requests, from the problem with the lack of hot water and broken shower controls, the strong smell of marijuana in the room that seeped under the door of the guest room to the requests for room service, all were promptly addressed. I rate the employees with the highest satisfaction marks. The hotel is very nice. I loved the view from the 10th floor dining room. The dining staff worked tirelessly and with such willingness to serve the guests making sure enough food was served. I hope to come again. I do like this city a lot. I wish you all success. The young man with the unusual spelling name at desk in the lobby who received the guests,the tall lady in the dining area and the supervisor of both dining and maintenance, the house keeper who attended to my room service and the tall gentleman, who may have been manager who took us upstairs on the service elevator when the main elevators stopped working I salute you all. Thank you for your patience and service. God bless.
Everything was perfect and quiet.
Staff were very courteous and professional. The hotel was clean. The staff were very accommodating, as well. We'll visit again in the future.
