"Clean premises excellent service and friendly staff"

Have been to this hotel several times in the past five years and this was probably our best experience apart from initial check in room was not ready at 3.30pm but quickly remedied. Some renovations have taken place and overall appearance shows a marked improvement. Room was excellent in terms of appearance and cleanliness and daily maintenance was first class. We had breakfast each morning in the hotel (Aqua Terra) and food was of good quality and service excellent special mention to Skylar who served us on two of the mornings and who is a real asset to the Delta. Parking has always been a bit of an issue over the years but we did not experience any particular problems this visit. In summary, this latest experience was very good in all aspects, I.e. location, appearance and cleanliness and friendly and competent staff. We will return no doubt.

"Beautiful comfy waterfront rooms"

Always a pleasant stay. Front desk staff are professional and kind. Housekeeping staff are so friendly and efficient. Like the green programme, points vs room service. Lots of restaurants in area.

"Lovely Stay"

Great location. Reception staff was lovely and welcoming. Aquaterra was lovely, beautiful setting, delicious food. The room was lovely, great view, great shower. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Thanks to all.
