During our stay, we were kindly greeting by Ms Louise. She's a great lady and super helpful lady. We had a problem with the TV. Tarvon Jones came to our rescue and resolved the problem. Upon checkout, Tarvon told my wife we were family. He and us grew up in the same neighborhood. Great job Ms Louise and Tarvon.
We were moved three times in two day because of toilet/plumping problems. We checked out Saturday morning it was so bad when toilets overflowed in third room of stay. The desk clerk had us write a review and promised that we would not be charged for Sat night.
