hard mattress and pillows, musty odor in room, I had the "do not disturb" tag on my door and had two different times where someone knocked on the door and then ran, person in adjourning room, would rattle the door handle between us, no TV guide, breakfast eggs and sausage were dried out when I went down at 8:45. I will not be back to this property.

If there are towels hung up on the hooks or anywhere up off of the floor, we will not replace the towels. If the card is placed on the bed, the bed will be made but the sheets will not be changed. If the card is not on the bed, the sheets will be changed like normal.
