Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and the TV was easy to operate. From the TV to bathroom facilities to lighting, everything worked well.
Needs updating but clean and comfortable. Great customer service, I would go back.

From the first step in to my last step, it was perfect. A beautiful hotel, with clean rooms, friendly staff and beautiful amenities. I don't think I can stay at any other hotel besides a Hilton now!

The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations, but that isn't stopping them from providing five star service. The check in folks were friendly and quickly checked us in. Our room was spacious, even with a king bed. Sometimes hotels have a king bed and you can barely walk around in the room, but not here! The bed was super comfortable and the rooms interior design was inviting and modern. We will continue to stay here anytime we are in the Baltimore area! Thank you all!
