I came to work on the campus of Saint Elizabeth University. The hotel is located at the front entrance of the train station. The rooms were just right. The breakfast was a delight. The 20.00 vouchers for snacks each day was an added surprise and bonus. The hotel staff were great, courteous, welcoming and overall friendly and helpful. They always greeted with a smile. It is a beautiful hotel with two great restaurants right next door. I came the week after they just shot scenes from the movie Grown Ups 3! I would welcome the stay to anyone venturing to Morristown, New Jersey.
We enjoyed our two day stay at the Madison. Food was excellent. The rooms nicely appointed and the decor at Christmas and the lobby is very nice overall, it's a well run hotel.
Best stay in 15 years. The room location was ideal and exceptional desk service from V.T.
Hotel front desk attendants, maintenance and food service staff were all very friendly and helpful.
