Everyone was easy to work with and everyone in the group had a great time. The set up, check in, check out and refund was done with ease. So much better than we had two years ago. We will be back.
Overall it was a good experience. I would like to recognize three people that made my stay pleasant and were very helpful to me and my wife. They were Rolanda on PM turn at the front desk, Aleisha on day turn at the front desk and Katia restaurant server and supervisor.
Room was comfortable and very clean. Very pleasant, hotel staff was very helpful. Shuttle service was very prompt and ran on time as we requested. The shuttle driver was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
