We love staying here when we visit Kalamazoo! Hotel is clean, rooms are large with some extra seating and the staff is so friendly and helpful! Second time staying here and we will be staying again!
I'd most of all like to praise the booking and reservation staff we worked with that helped. Great, great service. The hotel itself was okay! Clean with really friendly staff.
We enjoyed our one night stay while dropping our son off at college. Location was perfect 10 Minutes from his campus apartment but close To all the stores and restaurants we wanted. Room was clean, price was good, we will be staying again!
