"Nor Impressed"

There was no shampoo, the light inn the bathroom was flickering and not bright at all. Bed was lumpy and noisy when turning over. When we checked in a woman, dud mot know her name, was not friendly at all. The next morning there was a young man that was very friendly and helpful. Asked for toothpaste, did not have any. Ice machine not working. Stayed here a few years ago and loved it, now has gone downhill. Will not stay again.
