We met a lovely gentleman who was incredibly helpful and kind. He explained that the desk was staffed 24 hours and reassured us that we could collect our keys at any time, which was very convenient. Our room was lovely—clean, comfortable and perfect for a great night's sleep. Overall, despite the initial impression, the stay was excellent and we would definitely come back again!
