Excellent staff: friendly, helpful and responsive Older hotel but everything works. Sheets and towels were clean. Ok rooms: nothing to complain about at this price level.
Overall a lovely three day stay. We were three friends staying in a two Queen beds, efficiency (with fridge, stove, microwave, cooking utensils etc provided). We loved it!
Waterfront location, nice place to go sit. Saw some swans. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable and the window opened for fresh air unlike some hotels where they expect you to use the A/C all the time. There had been some recent renos in the bathroom. A nice selection of pillows, not sure if this was intentional but I liked being able to pick one to my liking.
