There was a mixup in my reservation. Instead of two nights I was booked for only one night. Charity, desk host for the evening, found me a room at Home2 Suites for the next night. She rescued me from a tough spot. Thanks to Charity a helpful, caring employee!
Staff was friendly, helpful and the manager was above and beyond for anything I asked for.
