We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Awesome room and layout for our wheelchair accessibility needs. We had a suggestion to improve the shower experience and the next day it was addressed and the situation improved. The staff have all gone above and beyond to make sure our stay has been the best it could be. Thank you Canalta Tisdale staff.

I was very pleased with our room and with the service. The desk clerk (Danika) was wonderful!
We were stranded in Tisdale due to the storm. We were greeted and treated very well by a young gentleman upon arrival. We had a nice clean room, with a huge bath tub to soak away the horrific day. Then crawled into very comfy beds.
Everything was good.
Very clean. Comfortable. Excellent desk service. Large hot tub.
