"A great experience and friendly and competent staff"

The room, 207, was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The staff was responsive, especially Lee, at the Cooncierge Desk, who really helped me a lot in getting a change in my flight reservation when a major winter storm threatened my destination, Jamie also helped me even before I arrived with catching an error I made with a limousine service. Everything was done to make my stay better and easier, from wake up calls to making the water warmer to advice about restaurants.
