The staff was great, courteous and promptly fixed our room and TV issues. Room is super clean, beds and comforts were ideal. Over all entire hotel was excellent.

This is a clean hotel with very easy access to the beach, pool and downtown. I had booked two rooms for myself and family members. We were on bay front and the view was beautiful, Customer service was outstanding! Rachel, was wonderful in handling a parking issue we had. The staff is professional, courteous and super responsive to any needs you might need.
The staff is always accommodating and makes sure that my stay is a great experience. I will definitely return when I return to the area.

On my way to the pool Cynthia stopped me because there was water on the floor and I use a walker. She cleaned it so I would not fall.
