Thank you to the welcoming staff at the Novotel Preston, we felt very comfortable and looked after. An extra big thank you for taking good care of the graduation cake we needed refrigerated! I am not sure who we have to thank for the upgrade, but it was very appreciated! We would ve very happy to stay there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
