I would like to commend Tina who was at the Front Desk on Saturday and Sunday morning. I had the pleasure to observe her interactions with guests and on a phone call. Her professionalism shined and she truly demonstrated how much she enjoys her job. She was polite, calm and pleasant in her responses and appeared to truly listen to each person's concerns. You are lucky to have her.
