Because Cleveland is a smaller town, I wasn't expecting such a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again and I'll recommend it to friends.
I got a first floor handicap room, which I needed. I got a good restaurant recommendation from the front desk.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They all did a great job to make our stay enjoyable.
